CAN CBD OIL HELP MY BACK PAIN? Today’s video is about how I am using CBD by adding it into my daily routine and taking them for the first time. I have 4 products from Grass & Co to try and my main focus for trying CBD is to relax more in both mind and body, reduce stress, and hopefully help with lower back pain. I generally sleep OK so I decided to start by adding it into my morning routine.

Over the counter pain killers don’t give me any pain relief so I don’t have much expectation of the CBD to relieve pain but I am looking forward to seeing how it helps with my anxiety.

When I talk about weight training I tell you to listen to your body to know how hard to push yourself and add in extra rest days if needed. This applies to using CBD too to listen to your body to find the right amount that works for you.

Next I am going to try adding in the ease balm during the day and then the rest oil at the end of the day before I go to sleep. For now I am going to continue with the ease drops and when I have finished them I will use the calm in the same way and see which I prefer.

I would also like to explore using the Ease balm after training to see if CBD can aid in recovery.
